I've always adored your work, and this one just struck me as, 'I need to write a critique.' You're Pokemon are always very interesting to look at, because you always make them original in some shape or form. Comparing your image to a stock image of a Kabutops, you can obviously see the numerous differences.

As a few examples, the serrated edges of the middle section of the claw. Those are a very nice touch and executed wonderfully. The cracked shell gives it a more desert-like look, and the detail on the mouth is wonderful, not to mention the spinal plates on the back.

I only see a few flaws in the technique, and that would be the legs, and perhaps the center body. While the leg on the left looks very well put together, the leg on the right seems like it's separated from its thigh-plate, and it looks to be at an odd angle, like the feet are spread too far apart. The body itself looks good (from what we can see from it) however it seems a little too compact compared to the rest of the Pokemon. While the legs and scythes are large and stretching, the body (even if it is hunched over) seems just too small to hold up the rest of the Kabutops.

But enough of the critiques, you - as always - did a wonderful job in bringing the Pokemon to life, and giving it your own flair.
