Overall this looks beautiful. I love the Idea (dangit I did it again!) that its wing joints look like those of a pterodactyl (I've studied them thoroughly for my book), but I'd like to point a few things out.
First, the muscling is very... off, I guess. It doesn't seem that, with those muscles and joints, that it would be able to lift those heavy wings. Belive me, my arms look more muscled than those and I'm a wimp. Made some pterodactyl wings out of very thin PVC pipe and thin sail cloth. Couldn't lift 'em hardly three inches. Wings in general are far heavier than they look, and it seems this pokemon would barely be able to lift them, since they seem massive.
I like the perspective on the lower jaw, seeing a slight bit of the other side in a tilted head, but the upper jaw just seems to... well... disagree with that perspective.
Finally, it seems very thin. :I
And hence the end.
