reason why i love raikou is because he just doesnt get as much recognition as he deserves. suicune and entei featured in their own movies, how come raikou doesnt get his own movie? hes just as sexy. i really prefer raikou over suicune just design wise. i mean hell, hes a SABER TOOTH TIGER taht controls electricity. can you get more badass than that?
idk, ive always just had a special attachment to raikou. and unfortunately, im not TOO happy with how this came out, all because of the clouds on his back. i love the pose, the detail, the everything, but those clouds really put me down. if you saw the lineart, youd see why xD

i prefer suicune, her structure and flowy-ness like hypnotizes me *.* but raikou is close second. entei i dont like design wise, but hes legendary, BUT NUDDIN CAN BEAT TYPHLOSION FTW
